Can your children complete our series of challenges to win 10 stars?
Working together, all wearing helmets, the group will have to complete the following challenges.
Here's some of the challenges:
Spiders Web - Get your whole team through the web without touching it!
Low All Aboard - Swing across the platforms and keep your balance to win, not an easy challenge.
Feely Hole - Work in Pairs to identify the mysterious shapes.
Low Multivine - The Floor is lava! Travel across the wired course and earn your stars
Night Walk - Whilst blindfolded, find your way through the bushes to as a team.
Burial - Can you last a full minute in our burial chamber?Your team will win stars for every successful challenge completed. Don’t worry though, they always win!
What happens at the end?
The team are rewarded with their lucky prizes..Dried Bugs and Harry Potter Jelly Beans. Please note this is completly optional and if the kids don’t want to eat them it’s absolutely fine. The bugs we use are dried Mealworms, Buffolo Worms, Crickets and Locusts….YUMMY and full of protein.
What is burial?
Not as a scary as it sounds. The group all get inside our wardrobe and have mysterious items added during the 60 seconds. Don’t tell the kids but it’s only leaves, sticks and a bit of water. They still scream though :D
How it works:
Arrive 15 minutes before your party start time. This allows you plenty of time to complete a disclaimer and ask each parent to sign as they drop the children off. It’s only a one line form so quick and easy to do on the day.
The instructor will then take your group to the island area and after a quick safety brief the challenge will begin.
The party will last 2 hours and you’re more than welcome to stay in the grounds afterwards for a picnic / cake. If you wish to do this then please make a note on your booking form. There is no extra charge for this.
Please note the minimum age for party is 8 years, however 7 year olds are welcome. We understand there will be a few in the group and it will work absolutely fine.
What about Food?
At the moment we don’t have any facilities to provide you with party food, however you’re more than welcome to bring your own to enjoy in the grounds. We ask that you vacate the area after 30 minutes so we can prep for the next party.
Please note the grounds close at 4pm so book the correct party time if you wish to stay after.
As an example, if you have a 10:00 party, we advise you ask parents to drop the children off at 09:45 and aim for collection at 12:30. This will allow 30 minutes for food after your party. If you are not doing food then a 12:00 collection will be great.
How to book?
Please select your date at time on the calendar. To secure a booking we require a 20% deposit. The balance is then due 2 weeks before.
Do you provide invitations?
Upon booking we will send you a link to print your own invitations. You will find this in your booking confirmation.
What about Party Bags?
Since the start of 2020 we made a conscious decision to stop including these are part of our parties.
We hope this will be another good step forward to doing our bit for the environment.
Can parents stay to spectate?
At the moment we are allowing the organising parents to stay if they wish. Alternatively you’re more then welcome to go grab and coffee and relax whilst we look after the group.
